Gifts For Your Wedding Party

The people that you invite to your wedding are the people that you care about – a lot. Being invited to a wedding usually comes from a place of love. You want to celebrate your love with the people that you care about the most. And it is a really lovely idea to splash out on some gifts for the wedding party. It can be a lot of hard work to help people during the planning stages and the day itself. Showing you care just a dash more, by giving the people that helped something a little extra will mean a lot.

PJs

Most of the time, people will be sleeping away from home in order to be at the location of the wedding. This means that they are away from their creature comforts. A slightly luxurious pair of PJs or a loungewear set can be a really nice ending to a fabulous day. Silk or satin is usually an excellent option or brushed cotton for extra softness.

Accessories

Things like hair slides, tie pins, cufflinks and earrings are a lovely option. Even more so if they are something that can be reused rather than related to the big day only. Typically a silver finish will work for every taste, and they won’t blow the budget. You can order them well in advance and store them away. They are also the kind of thing that people tend to forget to bring with them. So you never know who you might save.

Flasks

Depending on the lifestyle of the people in the wedding party, a flask with their initials engraved on might be a really nice item. They aren’t too pricey, and you can get them in a range of designs and sizes. If you want to be extra fancy, you can pre-fill them with your alcoholic of soft drinks of choice. They make a beautiful keepsake too.

Big Day Bag

This one might take some time for you to put together. But it will be such a great surprise on the day. You can add things like clean socks, hair bands or brushes, sunglasses, stockings, plasters, mini makeup items like lipstick and foundation samples in their colour. Everything and anything that might come in handy on the day. Of course, they are then perfect for overnight travel everywhere else too.

Mirror

Compact mirrors are so useful. How many times have you been eating a meal, and then felt self-conscious because you had something herby – and you wonder if you have something stuck in your teeth? Or you are trying a new lipstick colour and aren’t sure if it bleeds or fades too quickly. They are a charming keepsake, and you can get the wedding date or a message engraved on them. So your recipient will think about the day, and you, every time they reach for it.

Music Lovers

We all know someone who is a complete audiophile. What they listen to, and how they listen to it matters. So a portable speaker might be just the ticket. This is even cooler if they tend to travel a lot. They can always be surrounded by their favourite music when they get to their hotel room.

It doesn’t have to be an expensive gift, but something to show that you are thinking about them is a lovely idea.
